The AIG 5183 Filler Rods are manufactured for use in TIG welding applications where strict regulations are to be met. Recognised as the highest quality aluminium welding wire, AIG 5183 TIG RODS are used where high strength is required, often used in the construction/welding of ships, marine components, cryogenics, and aluminium alloys such as 5083, 5086, 5456, to each other or to 5052,5652 and 5056 etc...
 
Typically, when "high strength" is needed, 5183 is the filler rod to be used.
