AIG MIG200W Synergic MIG/TIG/MMA WELDING MACHINE
The AIG MIG200W Synergic Welding Machine is the latest and smallest 200AMP, synergic welding machine produced using the latest in IGBT inverter technology, power delivery and board design. Designed to be user friendly with its synergic functionality, along with full manual settings, light-weight and compact size making it the first of its kind using industrial grade componentry for unmatched performance. Industry leading "2T/4T/SP" control on all the MIG functions allowing you to press the trigger once and have the machine continue to weld and take control over for you without having to hold the trigger. "SP" (spotweld) function with 0.1 second increments (0.5s to 10s) means you can spotweld from the thinnest to the thickest metals at the push of a button.
Full steel construction along with high strength/temp plastics used throughout as well as an aluminium handle for safe carrying even with a fully loaded spool inside. The new design has allowed us to shed more than 100% (10kg) of some competing MIG welders on the market making it only 8.5kg (with the power cord)! Being only "44cm x 18cm x 27cm" in size (5kg spool capable) it can be taken and set-up anywhere. The WHOLE roller mechanism is constructed from steel to ensure the wire is always fed correctly and to stop warping (plastic roller) in high heat/heavy use environments.
The machine features a high speed fan that is on at all times to ensure that the machine takes longer to start getting hot allowing for a much higher duty cycle in this form factor. When switching the machine off, the fan has a 5 second cooldown timer preventing degradation of the components which become heat soaked.
Adjustable tensioner arm ensures that you're not squishing/damaging the wire and degrading the welding performance. Large easy to read, anti-glare coated LED screen with separate buttons for each function as well as a "multifunction dial" for the changing of settings with stepless AMP control. "Synergic" functions for the MIG and VRD functionality on the MMA circuit ensures easy and safe use on-site!
