The AIG TIG200P ACDC PULSE TIG is a 200 AMP, PULSE TIG and ARC, new generation MMA welding machine produced using the latest in PULSE and IGBT inverter technology. The AIG TIG200P Pulse TIG is designed to be easy to use, light-weight and featuring industrial grade quality at a unrivaled price point. This machine is the more feature rich successor to our AIG TIG200 AC/DC TIG WELDERwhich with thousands of units sold, it speaks for its self.
The body is made from the same steel, high strength plastics and now rubberised corners and feet to ensure the machine is never directly on the ground and has grip on uneven surfaces. We have now introduced a folding handle to make the machine smaller but fit in a case where we can still use the same larger, better quality components. The machine features a high speed fan that is on at all times to ensure that the machine takes longer to start getting hot allowing for a much higher duty cylce; 60% @40c.
The AIG TIG200P PULSE TIG while geared more towards the experienced welder, is also perfect for the begginer. We designed the machine to have a digital readout, stepless parameter control and along with the "SQUARE WAVE" output frequencie, anyone can produce a beautiful TIG weld due to a more stable and controllable arc. The PULSE feature is optional (off/slow/fast) which alows begginers to leave it off, resulting in the user only needing to adjust afew knobs to get beautiful welds. The more advanced user(s) can chose between slow and fast which allows you to control and use all the feautres the machine has to offer.
The TIG torch, like our other TIG is a single-power-cable design. This means that the power is run through the gas hose which in return means, a less bulky hose which is more flexible and lighter. This removes alot of the fatigue on your arms/wrists which happens with long periods of welding.
